We provide a free program where we give people of color thousands of dollars towards closing on a new home or sell an existing one. Members get exclusive access to mortgage bankers, real estate brokers, and lenders to close on a new home.
Member Benefits Overview
- FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - We offer each member closing cost payment assistance in the amount of 1 percent of the purchase price of a new home. Ex: $250K new home, we would provide $2,500 for closing on a new home.
- HOME SELLING BROKER - For members who need to sell a home we will assign your own personal real estate broker who will provide full-service representation to sell your home. We have negotiated significantly lower listing commissions with some of the best real estate brokers in the Tampa area.
- MORTGAGE BROKER - Members have exclusive access to our mortgage broker partners that close on the most number of home loans for people of color. The broker’s job is to work on your behalf with several banks to find mortgage lenders with competitive interest rates that best fit your needs.
- CLOSING COORDINATOR - Each member will be assigned their own personal new home loan closing coordinator who will handle every aspect of home closing including checking contracts for accuracy and completeness, arranging inspections, appointments, and signatures throughout the entire buying process.ics.
- HOME DIRECTORY - Each member will be given access to our private members-only new home construction directory that lists all the builders and new communities to purchase your new construction home.
- HOME INSPECTION - We pay for new construction home inspections for our members. Believe it or not, a new construction home can have all the problems an older home can have. That’s what makes a housing inspection necessary.
